2009 Lake Erie Center Art Contest

The winning pieces will be put on display in the Lake Erie Center lobby for visitors to enjoy for a period of 2 months and also featured on our website.

- Pencil or ink drawing
- Charcoal sketch

- 3D (no larger than 2ft. in any one direction)
- Ceramics

Please note that photography is not part of this contest.
- Youth (12 and under)
- Teen (13-18)
- Adult (19+)
- Fill out the above entry form and submit your art by digital photograph(s) before June 30th, 2009.
- Email your photograph(s) and official entry form to meredith.gray@utoledo.edu. The entry form can be found here and should be attached to the email.
| What to expect after submission: |
- Two pieces will be selected in each category and age group for display at the LEC.
- The pieces will be unveiled at an LEC event.
- The Lake Erie Center receives numerous visitors during the summer months from conferences, workshops, meetings, evening talks, and Maumee Bay State Park. Your work will be viewed by a number of visitors from a variety of backgrounds.
- The selected art will be featured on our website, which receives up to 10,000 hits monthly.
- The winners will receive a free FOLEC (Friends of the Lake Erie Center) membership and LEC gift basket.
