Accurate identification of stream organisms is an important component of data collection. In an effort to build this skill, the Lake Erie Center will provide online guides to our local aquatic fauna. By using these resources in concert with field activities or as a desktop reference, participants should be able to identify most of the stream creatures they encounter outside their classroom.
