The Duck and Otter Creeks Partnership is dedicated to the mission of better understanding the nature of the water, sediments, flood plains and adjacent wetlands of Duck and Otter Creeks for the purpose of promoting the protection of human health and biological integrity through voluntary non-regulatory actions.
