Enhance awareness and interest with students by communicating to them using the Recruiter Catalog, a 24/7 virtual career fair where sales students can view branded recruiter videos to learn more about sales careers at various organizations. Links to online applications and web sites are provided as well as polling and question submission that can be directed to the recruiter’s contact person/email of choice
- Augment and streamline your sales talent pipeline at exclusive events (ie: Networking Night and UT Invitational Sales Competition; number of recruiters
and ad size depends on partnership level) attended by only professional sales majors,
minors, pre-sales majors, and MBA concentrations
- Lower the risk associated with succession planning by recruiting students who build stronger relationships and trust, understand how an enterprise functions, have a lower probability of turnover, are quicker to produce tangible sales results, and are more likely to adopt technology

- Align the sales education needs of your organization with the ESSPS by sharing your insight on the ESSPS Advisory Board
