Dr. Paul Hong is an Associate Professor of Operations Management at the University of Toledo. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). His book, Knowledge Integration in Intgrated Product Development is published through Society of Automotive Engineers in 2001. His articles have been published in European Journal of Innovation Management, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, Journal of Operations Management, Journal of Enterprise Information Management, Journal of Knowledge and Information Management, International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management,  Korean Journal of Tourism Research,  and Tourism Culture and Science.  He was the recipient of Journal of Operations Management 20005 Finalist Paper Award and Outstanding Research Award from University of Toledo in 2006.  His international collaborative research is organized including scholars from USA, Canada, Spain, Japan, China and South Korea.
