Welcome to the College of Adult and Lifelong Learning!
The College of Adult and Lifelong Learning (CALL) was formed to provide services and support for you, the adult learner. We recognize that adult students have life experiences, responsibilities and challenges that in many ways set them apart from younger more traditional aged students and those responsibilities may make it more difficult to attend college. Yet, adults who are enrolled in college are growing by leaps and bounds and are extremely important to the vitality, health and economic well being of our community, nation and the world.
Whether you are starting college for the first time, returning to complete a degree that you once started, transferring from another school or just checking us out, we want to serve you.
You could be working full time or you could be unemployed or underemployed. You may know exactly what you want to major in or you may be undecided. You may be ready to tackle college level coursework or you may need some refreshing to build academic skills and confidence. You may need help getting started, perhaps with financial, career or life planning.
Do you really want to go to college to make a better life for yourself, but just don’t
know where to begin, how to get started or even if UT is right for you?
Do you have a record of work experience, volunteerism, military or other life experiences
that perhaps could be turned into college credit?
Is your time limited due to work, family or other responsibilities and are you looking
for a degree program that is flexible and fits your life style?
If you answer yes to any of these you are not alone. Many adults face similar challenges. The good news is that we have many of the programs and services that you need and want.
The pages in this web site will tell you about all the special services that College of Adult and Lifelong Leaning can provide for you, no matter what degree program you are interested in. We have trained staff, dedicated to serving you, who are ready to help when you need it.
Please contact us with any questions at 419.530.3072, call@utoledo.edu or stop by our offices at Rocket Hall 1840 on the Main Campus.
Best wishes for academic and career success. CALL Photo Album Accomplishments Goals
