William Logie

 

Mr. Logie is a member of the senior leadership team as vice president for human resources and campus safety. He is responsible for overseeing human resources, safety and health, The University of Toledo police department, student and employee health services, and the office of quality and continuous learning. Mr. Logie has also served as the interim senior vice president for finance and administration and vice president for administration.

Prior to the merger of MUO and UT, Mr. Logie served as vice president for human resources and a member of the MUO senior management team responsible for the coordination of all human resource services, including labor relations, benefits, compensation and employee relation activities.

Prior to joining MUO, Mr. Logie served as interim assistant vice president of personnel services at the University of Toledo. At UT he was responsible for all non-faculty personnel functions, including employee relations and all faculty and non-faculty benefit administration.

Mr. Logie has also held numerous positions at Michigan Gas Utilities, including president and general manager and served as director of human resources for the City of Toledo.

He earned a bachelor's degree from Illinois College and a law degree from The University of Toledo.
