With the number of students entering the health care field steadily declining, the Medical University of Ohio has developed a new, high-tech tool to help them recruit.
Prospective students and their families can now get a virtual tour of MUO thanks to a CD-ROM the institution has produced using the latest technology available.
The CD incorporates the latest techniques in compressed video, providing the highest quality movies.
During the campus section of the CD, prospective students can view the buildings and grounds from 11 vantage points and fly between them via computer generated, 3-D renderings.
