Catharine S. Eberly Center for Women

Kate’s Closet, strives to empower women through fashion. The closet serves as a resource for participants of Eberly Center programming and UT students. Trained consultants help clients find professional attire without experiencing the cost of a new wardrobe.

Shopping in the Closet

Women eligible to shop in the closet include University of Toledo students, and individuals who are participating in at least one class or program at the Eberly Center. Shopping visits are appointment based, no same day appointments can be made.

For a complete listing of the closet rules, click here. For appointments and questions, please call 419.530.8570.

 How can you help?

The closet's inventory operates completely on donations. At this time, we are accepting clothing donations for sizes 0 thru 5 and plus sizes only, but are always looking for accessories and shoes that are in good condition. All donations will be by appointment only, no drop offs please, donations must be on hangers, clean and free of stains. No bags or boxes of clothing will be accepted. Please call 419.530.8570 for more information.

If you have a passion for fashion and would be interested in volunteering as a styling consultant, please contact the Eberly Center for training opportunities.
