Artwork and entry form should be submitted at the UT Center for the Visual Arts (CVA)

ELIGIBILITY
Open to any undergraduate, graduate or post‐baccalaureate student currently enrolled
in courses at the University of Toledo.
MEDIA/PRESENTATION
Open to all media. Artwork must be installation ready upon submission. * (i.e. 2d
work must be framed, you must provide necessary display equipment for video work,
etc.)
PROCEDURES
A maximum of 3 artworks per student may be submitted. Each submitted artwork must
have an Identification Tag affixed to it, accompanied by a corresponding completed
Entry Form.* Entry Forms and Identification Tags are available in the CVA Department
of Art front office & website. Artwork exhibited in a previous Student Juried Exhibition
will not be accepted.
*Artwork that does not comply with these guidelines & procedures will not be accepted.
JURY RESULTS WILL BE POSTED ON THE CVA DEPARTMENT OF ART MAIN OFFICE DOOR, MONDAY FEBRUARY 11.
Accepted Work: All accepted work must be available for the duration of the exhibition. Work may be picked up after the exhibition closes March 15.
Pick Up of Declined Work: All work not accepted must be picked up on Monday, February 11 & Tuesday, February 12, 10am‐2pm both days.
