Orientation

All newly hired staff members and vendors must attend New Hire Orientation. Orientations are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month.  The location of each session is listed in the orientation schedule section below.  Orientation begins at 8:30am and concludes at 5:00pm.  Please be prompt. 

Orientation must be scheduled with your Human Resources and Talent Development Consultant once all pre-hire requirements are met.  If you need to schedule orientation please call 419-530-4747.

Online Training Modules

Diversity Training - ALL New/Rehires must complete this online training.
Please login to MyUT to take the training.  The link can be found on the Employee tab -> Training & Career Development Channel.  For new employees/transfers completing a Individual Orientation Packet this online training will satisfy the "Diversity Training" topic on the check sheet. 

Annual Safety Test  - This safety test  must be completed annually beginning one year from your orientation date for all employees.  For new employees/transfers completing a Individual Orientation Packet this online training will satisfy the "Safety Tips Handout/Test" topic on the check sheet.

HIPAA Training Link - For new employees/transfers completing a Individual Orientation Packet this online training will satisfy the "HIPAA Training" topic on the check sheet.
