Job 994495 - Assistant Manager, IT Customer Service:
The Assistant Manager of IT Customer Services contributes to the fulfillment of the university’s mission and vision through the developing of integrated IT customer services that provide outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness at all stages of service delivery. This position is focused on streamlining IT service processes to identify potential problems before they occur and resolve existing ones before they escalate.
The requirements for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field or 7 years progressive experience in an Information Technology environment such as Telephony, Client Management, Help Desk Administration, Vendor Relationships or a combination of relevant experience and education.
- Two years of experience and success in planning, guiding, reporting, coordinating customer service training.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality client support and customer satisfaction is required.
- Familiarity with concepts of project management is beneficial.
