A straightforward economical voice and message plan for non-smart phone customers is the 400 minute voice only plan for $40 per month. Included with the $40 plan are 200 messages. This value plan still includes Verizon mobile to mobile minutes and unlimited night and weekend minutes. Add unlimited messaging for $15 per month. Data options are not available for the Verizon Value Voice plan.
