Ohio Becomes First State to Offer In-State Tuition to All GI Bill Participants

Earn a certificate, associate, bachelor’s or master’s degree online at The University of Toledo. Select from over 30 programs.

• Pay the instate tuition rate – no out of state residency fee if you take all of your courses online. Contact eLearning for information (866-575-0005)
• Tuition is free for eligible Ohio residents on active military duty enrolled only in distance learning courses.  Other fees are the responsibility of the student
• Access your classes 24/7 anytime, anywhere via the internet
• Receive credit for your basic training and military training – Dantes Approved
  Military credit awarded as outlined by ACE
• Apply transfer credits from other regionally accredited colleges and universities
• Military Service Center to assist with your military or veteran educational benefits
• Financial Aid is available to students taking online courses

Course content is equivalent to on campus courses. Courses follow the semester schedule. There is no distance learning designation on the student transcript. Online application, registration, advising, support services. Applications accepted throughout the year.
