Java Certificates Updated (Friday, April 20, 2012)
Updated Java Certificates are now in place on the Blackboard servers. In order to use the equation editor and/or chat tools without receiving warnings, users will need to clear their java cache (note, this is different than your browser cache). Instructions for clearing your java cache can be found here:

Student Services Hours

Normal student services hours, for assistance with admission, enrollment, etc., are 8:30 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday except for University holidays. As always, you may leave a detailed message 24/7 and staff will respond during business hours. Click here for technical support hours.

Proctored Testing

Some courses require proctored testing. Our staff will confirm your proctor meets the University's qualifications, but students must find their own proctors.

Proctoring expenses, if any, are the student's responsibility. (Please see the: proctored testing requirements and proctor exam request form, for details.)
