Services for Distance Learning Students
We realize the importance of helping students as they begin and throughout the educational process. Knowing what to do, when to do it and who to contact can often be overwhelming for students on campus and even more so for our distance learners.
Please know that we are here for you. Feel free to contact us with questions you may have, to share ideas on how we can improve our services or to share your experiences that may help other students. Our goal is to assist and support you in your academic endeavors and connect you with the University.
Normal hours for student services are from 8:30 AM till 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. However, hours are extended until 7 PM Monday through Wednesday, during the first few weeks of the term. As always, you may leave a detailed message 24/7 and staff will respond on the next business day. Technical support is available until 9:30 PM, Sunday through Thursday, click here for a complete list of technical support hours.
