Facilities Maintenance oversees all tasks related to campus construction which include:
- Managing all new construction and renovation projects on campus from planning and bidding to physical construction and completion.
- Directing the activity of work related to the repair and/or enhancement of the UT infrastructure, physical plant and maintenance activity.
- Planning a working schedule to facilitate efficient use of manpower and other resources within Facilities & Construction
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks.
