Thank you for you interest in UT Paratransit Services.

Our paratransit schedule is a fixed weekly schedule and is based around the individuals class curriculum and on-campus involvement. This service is available on a first come first - serve basis. We will need at least 24 hours notice of any changes or additions to the schedule.

Eligibility for Paratransit Services

• Preliminary approval for rides will need to be made through the
  Office of Accessibility at 419.530.4981.
  
  
• Individuals with a disability wishing to request paratransit services,
  must submit the following:
  
  
• Eligibility Form
  Please complete the appropriate Eligibility Form that best describes your disability.
  
  
• Documentation of disability completed by a qualified professional.
• Submit forms and documentation to the Office of Accessibility

UT Paratransit Services does not cater to off-campus sites. This services is only for University of Toledo campuses.
