The Work Center is responsible for receiving maintenance requests for all campuses at The University of Toledo, which include Main Campus, Scott Park Campus, and Health Science Campus. Service Requests are documented through the generation of work orders, which are transmitted to the appropriate supervisor responsible for that work. Requests for service can be made via telephone, e-mail, TMS on-line request system, FAX, or in person. The Work Center acts as a base for two-way radio communication to tradesmen and supervisors, relaying information concerning routine and non-routine maintenance problems.

Moving requests are documented through the work order system.  For information regarding this service, go to the Moving Services website located in the Purchasing Services website.

Recycling assistance requested are documented through the work order system. For information regarding recycling at The University of Toledo or what can be recycled, go to the Rocket Recycling website.
