Instructions for Using Online Requests

Thank you for using our online requests.  This service is to be used for internal campus requests only.

1.  Click on the appropriate Online Request Link for your service or moving/recycling request.  There is no login name or password required.
 
2.  Fill out all boxes so that the nature and location for your request is clear.
 
3.  Please include your name and phone number in case there are questions regarding your request.
 
4.  If you are requesting items to be moved or recycled, there is an approximate lead time of 5-7 days and you will be notified when the pick-up will be scheduled.
 
5.  After completing form, please click on the submit/save button. You may want to make a note of the work order number for future reference.
