Service Request

To request basic maintenance and repair:

 To initiate a request cleaning from Environmental Services

To initiate a request for recycling pick-up

• Please contact Marcie Ferguson at 530-1415 or Cheryl Skolmowski at 530-1420 to arrange for recycling bins or document destruction bins to use during file purges or premove cleaning.

To initiate a request for a departmental move:

• Moving Request
  Moves may require a lead time of 5-7 days.

Service Requests can be made in one of the following ways:

• Call the Work Center at (419) 530-1000
• Fax your request to (419) 530-1001
• E-mail your request to mservic@utnet.utoledo.edu 

After business hours, all urgent or emergency work requests are routed to the University Police Dispatch at (419) 530-2600, where phones are answered 365 days per year 24 hours per day. The Police Dispatcher will contact the appropriate manager, and personnel will respond as quickly as possible.
