How To Access The Decision Page
Decision pages can be at a various stages as indicated by their status. The purpose of the selection will determine the document status criteria to use when selecting which decision pages to display. For instance, status of "NEW" would be the pages that have not been processed at all, while others with a status of "2nd Approval Req" is waiting for a second approval and so on.
- Select the desired pre-written query OR
Select "NEW QUERY". - Set DOCUMENT TYPE value to "Decision Page".
- Set the DOCUMENT STATUS to "New" to retrieve all the decision pages that have yet to be reviewed by the college. Otherwise, select the
desired status (i.e. In-Progress, Complete, Final Approval, etc.)
- Set any other desired criteria for query.
- Click on "Submit" button to execute the query.
- Query Results page will return any records if they exist.
