How To Find Documents Using A List Values

A "List of Values" query allows you to search on several values at one time. For example, if you were looking for a student with more than one major, you could search by both majors at one time.

1. Click on the SEARCH LIST icon ( ) to the far right of the Query Criteria screen next to the field you want to search.
2. The value you will choose will depend on the specific field you wish to search. For instance, to search for a specific major, you will need to provide valid major codes for your college area. In this example, "Acct" and "Mgmt" are valid major codes for the College of Business.
3. Enter each search value and click the "Add" button

5. When you are finished entering values, click "OK". The values will appear for the chosen field in the search window.
6. Click on "Submit" button and any documents with the values listed will appear in the Result Set page.
