Welcome to the WebXtender On-Line Web Tutorial!!

Welcome to the WebXtender on-line web tutorial.  The material has been designed to provide step-by-step reference for commonly used procedures along with video animations for both the new and the experienced WebX users.  Simply click on the link provided within each procedure to view the video demonstration. Each video demonstration gives the viewer the option to pause, rewind, fast forward, and many other features. Please familarize yourself with each of the control buttons by clicking here.

All video demonstrations use Adobe Flash Player. Click the Get Adobe Flash Player button to obtain Adobe Flash Player.

First-time users are encouraged to step through the on-line tutorial starting with the first procedure and proceeding through each in an orderly fashion.  The procedures are arranged in a progressive manner to aid in the learning process.

For individuals looking to review a procedure, they may select only the desired topic(s) as needed.  This tutorial is designed to help provide information on an as-needed basis and allows for quick and easy access to the desired detail.

When you log on you will see a list of two application names within WebXtender.

GRADSTURECS -- This is the Live Production Area of WebXtender. This is the production where queries, approving documents, and other features of WebXtender will be conducted.

TGRADSTURECS -- This is the Test Environment of WebXtender. This is where you are encouraged to familiarize yourself with WebXtender. This is also where is recomended to test queries, practice particular tasks before performing them on the live production system.

NOTE: For the protection and privacy of potential and current students here at The University of Toledo ALL demonstrations shown throughout this Website were performed in the Test Environment (TGRADSTURECS).
