How to Log Out of WebXtender
Itis important to log out of the WebX application when not in use because the system has restricted access. You don't want to leave it open for non-authorized individuals to access.
- Click "File" or use "key" icon (
) on toolbar.
- Select "Exit"
You must log out of WebX. DO NOT close the WebX window!
The following problems will occur if you do not properly log out:
- The system will think you are still logged in and not let you get back in.
- Alicense will be taken up until account is released.
- To get account released:
- First, wait 20-30 minutes and try logging back into system. If not successful, the account will have to be manually released.
- If timeout method fails, contact the IT Service Request Line at 419-530-3644.
