Welcome to the HSC Graduate Studies Online Orientation.

The College of Graduate Studies is pleased to present an online orientation for incoming fall/spring graduate students. The purpose of orientation is to acquaint new students with available university services and resources, current policies and procedures, registration information, and general information about the university. We hope the virtual orientation process will greatly enhance and simplify your graduate experience at the University of Toledo.

Your orientation is comprised of online audio presentations, and online resources from various offices throughout the university. We recommend that you begin by reviewing the information on the Resources for New Graduate Students page at the link provided and then access the audio presentations, and other on-line information.  

When you are finished with your orientation, please click the link to the Online Orientation Completion Form to enter your name and rocket number. Please be sure to click the submit button to record your completion. You will receive a confirmation e-mail for your records. It is not necessary to submit this to the Graduate College Office. We will automatically receive notification when you have completed this program. Lastly, please take a few minutes to complete the online evaluation.

Activate your MyUTAD Accout

Visit MyUT Help Center (Access tutorials including topics like Financial Aid and your Student Account)

Take a Virtual Campus Tour

Review Services provided by MyPICS Office (Meal Plans, Parking permits, Rocket ID's, and Rocket Wireless Cellular Service)

Visit the College of Graduate Studies Website (Access point for required forms, procedures, resources, and important updates and announcements for the UT Graduate Community)

Understand the Mandatory Health Insurance Policy and Available Options

Supplemental Orientation Modules:
As part of the orientation requirement, all new graduate students are required to complete three on-line modules focusing on diversity, harassment, and academic integrity.
