Karen Gallo-Willard, Head Pharmacist
Karen has been the Head Pharmacist in MyUTPharmacy since June of 2000. She is a UT alumnus who received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree in 1984. She spent several years as a staff pharmacy for the Toledo Hospital in both the inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services. She is also familiar with retail pharmacy, having worked in retail in both Ohio and Michigan.
Valerie Householder, Staff Pharmacist
Valerie has been a Staff Pharmacist in MyUTPharmacy since March 2006. She is a UT alumnus who received her BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences in May 2001 and her Doctor of Pharmacy in May 2003. Valerie was the Director of Pharmacy at Mercy Hospital in Defiance, Ohio and has served as a pharmacist in both the hospital and retail settings in Ohio and Indiana.
Bonnie Mason, Staff Pharmacist
Bonnie has been a part-time Staff Pharmacist in MyUTPharmacy since August 2006. She received her BS of Pharmacy Degree from UT. Bonnie has worked as a pharmacist in several retail stores, Coredelia Martin, and Westhaven Institutional Pharmacy.
Support Staff
Pharmacy Attendant, Diana Daniels, has been at MyUTPharmacy since January 2003.
Pharmacy Attendant: Holiday Headings, has been at MyUTPharmacy since March 2006.
Pharmacy Attendant: Jessica Tagliarini, has been at MyUTPharmacy since January 2008.
Internship Rotation - MyUTPharmacy is a primary training site for the College of Pharmacy. Sixth year students are placed here for training and rotate on a monthly basis. College of Pharmacy students work throughout the City of Toledo and outlying communities.
