A complete exam includes the following:
- PAP Smear
- Chlamydia culture (for sexually active women)
- Breast exam
- Physical exam
- Consultation with a medical provider
- Other tests as needed
For services not available at the Student Medical Center, referrals to outside physicians are available. |

After You Make An Appointment
Please Do ...
- Record the date of your last period
- Make a list of all medications you are currently taking
- Make a list of any questions or concerns
- Complete the special GYN history form you receive in the mail
Please Don't ...
- Have sex or douche for 48 hours before your exam
- Use any vaginal creams or vaginal medications 48 hours before your exam
- Schedule your exam near, on, or right after your period.

| Charges |

Charges are assessed for individual tests performed. These charges may be covered by your health insurance. Please contact your insurance carrier to verify coverage. If they are not covered, charges are payable at the time of the appointment. If you are interested in obtaining current pricing information prior to your appointment, please call 530-3451.
