      International Admission Information
      1. Submit the application, http://apply.utoledo.edu/  
      2.  *Note: Your application will not be considered without the fee
      3. Official Transcripts Confirming Degree(s) 
        Documents must be mailed directly from the institution to the College of Graduate Studies.
        Documents are official if they are sent to us directly by the issuing institution and arrive in our office in a sealed envelope.
        You must provide official certified, or attested copies of all marksheets, graduation certificates, diplomas or degree certificates needed to fulfill your admission.  If you earned a degree from a U.S. degree granting institution, simply order a transcript to be sent to us directly from your Registrar's Office. We do not make photocopies of official documents.
        Documents given to the Graduate Admissions Office become our property and will not be returned or forwarded.
        *Int'l transcripts should be evaluated into U.S. academic credentials; website addresses World Education Services

        or Education Credential Evaluators
        www.ece.org 
      4. Scanned or copies not acceptable. Documents have to be certified or attested.
      5. GRE  minimum = 1050, writing 3.5; Institutional Code = 1845
      6. Int'l students are required to take the TOEFL - Institutional Code = 1845
        TOEFL can be taken three different ways
        •     Paper =        550 out of 677
        •     Computer = 213 out of 300
        •     Internet =      80 out of 120
      7. Provide proof of financial support, if considered for the program
