      Many questions about our DPT degree and the Department of Physical Therapy can be answered quickly by taking a few moments to review this website thoroughly.  To help you secure additional  information in the most efficient manner possible, please follow the guidelines below.

      If you are a high school student, contact Sharon Periat at 419.530.5360 or sharon.periat@utoledo.edu

      If you are a UT Pre-Physical Therapy undergraduate student, contact Sandra Browning at 419.530.5360 or sandra.browning@utoledo.edu

      If you are currently an undergraduate student at another university and are interested in transferring to UT to complete your undergraduate degree, contact the Admissions Office at 419.530.8888. 

      If you have questions about the application process and admission to the College of Graduate Studies for the DPT program, contact Christine Wile at 419.383.4116 or christine.wile@utoledo.edu

      If you have questions about course equivalencies, e-mail the course description, syllabus, the UT prerequisite course for which you want it to count and your contact information to cas@utoledo.edu
