David Kujawa, P.T., M.B.A., OCS, received his B.S. in Physical Therapy from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received his M.B.A. with concentration in health care management from the University of Findlay. He is licensed as a physical therapist by the State of Ohio, and is Board Certified as an Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Orthopaedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association, Ohio Physical Therapy Association, the American Headache Society, and the Ohio Headache Association.
Mr. Kujawa's clinical interests include: evaluation and treatment of head, jaw, and neck pain, general spinal disorders, and manual therapy interventions, physical therapy practice management, and health care policy.
Mr. Kujawa's teaching responsibilities include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, manual therapy, interventions, therapy practice management, and health care policy.
In addition to his teaching appointment, Mr. Kujawa is the director of the Department of Rehabilitation Services at the University of Toledo Medical Center, located on the Health Science Campus of the University of Toledo. He maintains an active clinical practice in the UTMC outpatient rehabilitation center.
