Nitschke Technology Commercialization Complex (NTCC)

The Nitschke Technology Commercialization Complex (NTCC) is a recently constructed, 40,000 square-foot facility that boasts large, flexible spaces ready for customization. The facility can support wet and dry labs, pilot manufacturing, and offices.  To efficiently and effectively serve its clients, the NTCC can accommodate small businesses and their rapid growth -- starting from one person in the Group Workstation Center...and evolving to open environments of up to 3,000 square feet for lab, office, or light manufacturing space.

 

Office space

The building offers several different options for office space, ranging from one-person workstation cubicles to private offices, and to larger rooms capable of accommodating many staff.

 

 

 

Open area flexible space

The NTCC has space available on the first and second floors for upfit to suit the needs of the occupant. Nextronex Energy Systems is the first UT Business Incubation client company to occupy one of these open area environments. The company worked with the University to develop a space that is perfectly suited for their growing operations and diverse facility needs.

 

 

 

Conference rooms

The building offers state-of-the-art conference rooms for tenant use, newly updated with mediascape equipment that easily enables video conferencing, presentation projection, and multimedia playback. Conference rooms are available upon request and can be scheduled to assure availability.

 

 

 

Kitchen areas

Both floors of the NTCC have kitchen areas equipped with refrigeration, microwaves, and nook seating for meal preparation and eating.
