The Lab Support Group is responsible for Open Labs on campus. Many labs are staffed with Lab Assistants who have been trained to assist students with the computers in the labs. If you require assistance, would like to report a problem or simply want to let us know how we’re doing, you can click the Helpdesk icon located on the Desktop of every Open Lab computer.
