Toledo and Northwest Ohio Labor Resources
- Walter P. Reuther Library - Located on Wayne State University's campus in Detroit, the Reuther
Library holds the Archives of Labor and Urban affairs.
- United Auto Workers- An important Union, formed in part from the Toledo Electric Auto-lite strike of 1934,
to which Acklin and many other plants in the area belonged.
