Executive Board and Committees

Past President/Executive Board Chair – Direct liaison to The Mentoring Collaborative (TMC) Advisory Council for the Peer Networking Association. 

President – Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Peer Networking Association and as a point of reference for membership.
Reporting Line: Executive Board Chair and Advisory Council of TMC.

Vice President – Oversees all committees and responsible for taking charge if the president is unable to fulfill the above duties.
Reporting Line: President and Executive Board Chair

Treasurer – Responsible for all financial matters of the Peer Networking Association and the point person for transactions with TMC and other student organizations.
Reporting Line: President

Secretary –Responsible for meeting minutes and member email notifications.
Reporting Line: President

Committee Duties

Finance/Fundraising – Oversees all finances of the Peer Networking Association monitored in regards to each perspective committee and is monitored by the Treasurer. Responsibilities also include creating a sustainable fundraiser whether annual or not.
Reporting Line: Treasurer

Programming Collaboration – Responsibilities include finding collaborations with other student organizations who are interested in mentoring within their own organizations.
Reporting Line: President  

Community Relations – Responsible for working closely with TMC to get outside involvement non-affiliated with the University to gain support for the Peer Network Association   

Mentoring Team – Comprised of top tier Peer Mentor Leaders with one Mentor Team Leader and arranged in a tiered system with Peer Mentor Coordinators overseeing the activities of the Peer Mentors and Mentees. All Coordinators will report to the Mentor Team Leader who will report to the President who will report to TMC. (Illustration on page 3) 

**All collaborations that involve funding will go through the finance committee and be approved by the Treasurer
