The Office of Global Initiatives (OGI) was created in July 2006. Its mission is to promote, support and facilitate the development of international academic programs for students and faculty.
The Office of International Student Services (OISS) component of OGI provides a variety of helpful service for the on campus international student ranging from transfer advice/assistance, immigration updates, travel planning, forms/approvals and travel advisories to employment, visa status services and helpful resources. The OISS coordinates all international student organizations as well.
The American Language Institute (ALI) is committed to providing quality English language instruction for college-bound students, permanent residents, international businessmen and visitors. We assist potential graduate students in all majors who have not quite reached the English language requirement through the Graduate Academic Preparation Program.
