Committee Charges
Respond to plans and procedures developed by the Strategic Enrollment Management Plan Writing Team regarding sustainable growth of enrollment at 3% per year, without erosion of retention or revenue.
Assess secular trends of population including:
- Traditional 18 year old’s
- Adult learners
- Nontraditional groups
Assess the effectiveness of the Executive Enrollment Management Council (EEMC).
Assess current reporting relationship of enrollment services functions.
