- Work immediately to “Develop policies and align resources to increase the reputation of . . . graduate and professional programs based upon quality and a careful analysis of investment return and market demand.”
- Develop metrics for resource allocation to graduate programs. Resources for graduate program should be separated from undergraduate programs even when a single College has both missions.
