To be eligible for the Employment Program through Project SCOUT at The University of Toledo, participants must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 18 years old
- Desire to work in an academic or health care setting
- Ability to access independent transportation options
- Basic communication skills
- Appropriate social, grooming, and hygiene skills
- Successful completion of background check
- Updated immunizations as necessary
