Instructions for U.Select

To get an idea of how your course work will transfer to the University of Toledo visit www.transfer.org.

1. Create an Account (This is free!)
2. Once your account is created click the Home button
3. Under the heading Courses, click Add a Course
4. Follow the directions within this section until you have loaded all the courses you have taken.
5. Once all your courses have been loaded, click Home in the gray bar at the top of the U.Select screen.
6. Under the heading Plans, click Create a Plan
7. Select the University of Toledo
8. Then select the College that is home to your major.
   1. Languages, Literature & Social Sciences
   2. Natural Science and Mathematics
   3. Visual & Performing Arts
   4. Select your major
   5. Click the Next button
   6. Answer the next four questions. If you are unsure of the answer leave answers as None, (no concentration), No, Ohio Transfer Module not completed, and No, Associate Degree not earned.
   7. Click the Next button
   8. Click the Submit button
   9. Click the Refresh button until the Plan Status shows Complete
   10. Click the piece of Paper under the Plan
   11. This plan will show you how classes that are already in the University of Toledo’s transfer tables will work toward your new degree path. If you have some work that has not been evaluated yet, the transfer adviser will review that work once you have applied to UT!
