This rough draft was presented to the committee at the March 26th meeting. This is the first rough draft of themes 1 - 6. 

Rough Draft #2
This rough draft was presentd to the committee at the April 30th meeting. This edition includes the goals, sub-goals and strategies for themes 1 - 6.

Raw Draft #1
This raw draft will be presented to the committee at the June 25, 2010 meeting. This edition includes the goals, sub-goals, strategies and metrics up to this point for Goals 1 - 6. Includes revisions made on pages 1, 2, 21 and 22.  Posted June 24, 2010.

Raw Draft #2
This raw draft includes the addition of metrics for Goal 2. These changes were presented at the June 25th Meeting of the Whole. Posted June 28, 2010.
