Student to Student - Presentation Feedback

Student to Student is always trying to improve in an effort to provide the very best educational experience we can to the youth of Toledo and Lucas County.  We value your feedback!  If you have recently had a S2S presentation or Gross Anatomy Tour, we request that you fill out a feedback form.  Although we cannot require you to do so, we would encourage you to do so and will give future preference to those schools who fill out a feedback form after their event.

As with registering for a presentation,  you can fill out our evaluation form online, or download an evaluation form and send it in to us via fax, mail, or even e-mail at:
