How to Spot an Adult Learner on Campus

You're the only person sitting in the front row in class.

The music in the Student Union gives you a headache.

You think you're the only student in the class who doesn't know
what the professor is talking about.

You can remember when John F. Kennedy was president.

You drink coffee in the afternoon.

You wonder how some people can spend 15 hours
in the student union doing nothing.

You've never played a video game.

Your favorites shoes are older than most of your classmates.

You suddenly notice one day that you are asking more questions
than the rest of your class combined.

You don't carry your books in a backpack.

You talk about painting your living room over spring break
while everyone else is talking about Florida.

You suspect the woman next to you paid more for her jeans
than you paid for your first car.

You're the first one to arrive in class, and the last one to leave.
