    Ashley- Personal Trainer
Ashley a second year student studying Exercise Science-Pre Physical Therapy is another certified trainer at the Wellness Center.  She also conducts the many Wellness Clinics that are held.  Training with Ashley will never get boring because she believes in new challenges as well as the need to learn new training styles. She is actively involved with many UT & Community organizations such as: SWAT team, Ohio Association of Student Councils & The Physical Therapy Club just to name a few.

    Betsy- Instructor
A Graduate Student in Recreation & Leisure Studies currently teaches Spin and yoga with Rocket-X.  A lover for the mind and body classes, she has earned her yoga certification and trainings overseas.  She one day hopes to own a yoga-wellness studio and teach yoga therapy for all types of people with or with out disabilities, and is a part of the Yoga Teachers of Northwest Ohio.   She believes that fitness and a good diet is an essential key to a healthy lifestyle.  She loves spin due to the intensity and the awesome music.

    Cailin- Instructor
This Junior in Accounting hopes to continue her education with an MBA and hopefully work in the Accounting Field.  She is actively involved with the Professional Business Fraternity on campus and also teaches TurboKick, Cardio Pump & Core classes with Rocket-X.  She loves exercise & thinks it is a great outlet to relieve stress, tension and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

    Courtney- Instructor
She is graduate Ph.D. student in Physics with a concentration in Photovoltaics.  This is her first year with the Rocket-X program and currently teaches Pi-Yo.  Fitness keeps her energized and allows her to breathe some air outside of the Physics Building!  Her class is very relaxing and allows people to enjoy some "me" time.

    David- Personal Trainer & Lifeguard
A certified Personal Trainer at the Wellness Center, is a sophmore studying Exercise Science.  He hopes to pursue a career as a Physicians Assistant, Physical Therapist or a Kinesiotherapist.  He also competes in natural bodybuilding competitions.  Fitness helps him relieve stress, and this guy will eat just about anything!

    Holly- Personal Trainer
A senior, Exercise Specialist - Athletic Training major, has been a Certified Personal Trainer at The Wellness Center for approximately one year.  The best part of her job is meeting and interacting with all the different students.  She is a member of the Athletic Training Student Club and hopes to attend Graduate School for Physical Therapy.  Outside of the Rec, she loves to play the bass guitar...and a mean one at that too!

    Jason - Instructor
You might hear this Junior, spin instructor,  in Mechanical Engineering say "It was cold on the bike ride here", but Jason's teaching style sure heats up the room fast! Spin is  sure for for him since he loves the physical, emotional, mental and health effects of fitness and exercise. From being a Independent Collegian Columist to the President of the Ultimate Frisbee Club he truly enjoys the Rec's environment, and has a unique appreciation for peanut butter!

    Kara - Instructor
"Smiley", a third year student, is majoring in Pharmacy.  Kara has taught and continues to teach a combination of many classes including: strength, cardio and core classes.  She believes exercise is a great stress reliever.  This Hip Hop Hustle & Turbo certified gal loves to dance! So come bust-a-move with Kara, and remember to always bring your smiles!

    Kelly- Instructor
A third year Pre Med / Exercise Specialist major teaches waves at the Rec Center's Club Pool.  She loves meeting new people at the Rec and feels that working out is very rewarding.  She hopes to become a surgeon or an OB / GYN.  Outside of the pool, she enjoys arranging items in her room in rainbow order.  Think you can't sweat in the water? Try Kelly's Waves class!

    Matthew- Instructor
Matthew is in his first year with the Rocket-X program; however, you could never tell due to his tough, "impossible" & sweaty BootCamp & 20/20/20 classes! This senior in Biology & Biochemistry hopes to go to Med School, and possibly become an endorinologist.  Along with staying in shape, Matt loves promoting unique variations in fitness & training.  So always make sure you "Hustle" in this class! Let's go Bootcamp!

    Molly- Instructor
Her first year in her Ph.D. in Health Education, Molly instructs Yoga, Pilates & Spin.  She loves the people at the Rec and her spin class has formed to become a small family!  She is also involved with Team Toledo & Toledo Area Bicycles.  A true advocate for spin, Molly says, "No matter how bad your day is, once you get on that spin bike, nothing else matters."

    Samantha - Instructor
A first year Rocket - Ex Instructor who is a sophmore Nursing major.  She currently teaches spin and loves helping her participants get into some great shape!  No only does she participate in tri-athalons, but she also runs cross country and track for UT. Along with Nursing she hopes to do massage therapy on the side.  She definitely believes in, "The vision of a true champion is someone bent over, dripping in sweat to the point of exhaustion while no one else is watching."

    Sarah - Instructor
A senior studying Exercise Science has her first year with Rocket - Ex.  She is currently certfied in Turbokick and Pi -Yo, but also teaches Core - 15 and 20/20/20.  She is involved with the PMD Clinic and the Physical Therapy Club and hopes to be either a physical or occupational therapist.  Along with hearing her say "Holla"you should not be shy to "pump it" with Sarah in her full energized class!

    Suzanne - Instructor
A second year Speech Pathologist major who currently teaches 20/20/20, Turbokick and Hip Hop Hustle.  She truly enjoys the interaction amongst her Rec employees and her class participants.  She believes that fitness is great for one's mind and always tells people, "Do Great Things!"  She believes that these three powerful words are a great motivator to people's lives.

    Trent- Personal Trainer
