If you wish to nominate someone, you may either complete the application form yourself or contact Julianne M. Warnke, Graduate Assistant, at julianne.warnke@utoledo.edu and she will connect with the student or organization to let them know they were nominated. The student/organization will then be asked to complete the applications form.
