These awards are four-year renewable scholarships that recognize outstanding students upon review of their cumulative high school GPA, ACT/SAT test scores, and core curriculum as outlined on table above. Students are automatically considered for these scholarships with a completed UT application for admission, official high school transcripts and official ACT and/or SAT scores.

For students starting fall semester 2018, the scholarship amounts can be increased by review of higher ACT/SAT test scores and/or higher cumulative high school GPA, all of which must be submitted prior to the February 1, 2018 priority deadline.

Students with an ACT composite score of 17-19 (New SAT 900-1010) and a strong academic record may be eligible for an University Enrichment Grant starting at $1,000.

Renewal criteria includes maintaining a 2.75 cumulative GPA and earning 27 UT credit hours within two semesters of the academic year.  For students who do not meet these requirements, UT maintains an appeal process which is detailed in the full terms and conditions.
