Mission Statement

The mission of The University of Toledo Department of Accounting is to help our students master the accounting, communication, intellectual and interpersonal skills needed to establish professional competence and engage in lifelong learning.  We must excel as educators by continuously improving our teaching and maintaining rigorous, customer-focused undergraduate and graduate programs in accounting conduct and disseminate research relevant to the accounting profession and the academic community, foster contributions to our professional and academic communities and to society.
