: Affinity Groups

Affinity Groups are small confidential round table discussion groups consisting of no more than ten participants in various roles in their family business. These meetings enable each generation as well as non-family managers to share business challenges from their own perspective.

Affinity groups become close-knit, meeting every six weeks, sometimes with spouses. Each group is self-facilitating with a goal of developing "best practices" in successful family issues.

Each affinity group meets annually with spouses, families, and other groups to enhance their experiences.
