MBA Student Career Services
For MBA, MSA and EMBA students in the College of Business and Innovation, Carol Stamm has been brought on board as the Employer Relations and Job Development Specialist as a resource for those entering into today's job market or for those wanting to fine tune their existing resume.
Knowing how to search for a job effectively can be as important as the specific qualifications required for the position. Studies show you can significantly increase your chances of finding the right job and getting hired by developing your network, researching employers and targeting those employers that are a good match with your skills, interests and experiences.
Services available include:

- Resume reviewing, rebuilding and fine-tuning
- Discover the skills and aptitudes that you already have and how to further develop those skills for a new job and/or a career change

Carol Stamm - Biography
Carol Stamm received an undergraduate degree in Education with Major in English and Minor in History from Bowling Green State University. She also received a Masters in Education in Training and Development from the College of Technology from Bowling Green State University.
Carol is the former Trainer at TolTest in the Quality Department ensuring standard operating procedures are being understood and followed through training. Prior to TolTest, Carol worked in Human Resources as the Corporate Training Manager at Hickory Farms. Prior to working at Hickory Farms, Carol worked in the Retail Management field for Rupp Furniture, Gross Electric, Ken’s Finishing Touches, and Chelsea Campbell.
Carol also taught at Stautzenberger Community College. She is a member of International Alliance for Learning and local Toledo Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development where she is serving on the Marketing Committee. Carol is certified in Accelerated Learning Methods as well as certified in EQ-I and EQ-360 for Emotional Intelligence.
Carol has done various consulting projects and served as a guest speaker in many capacities and most currently has been creating and revamping resumes and cover letters for business professionals and students across the nation.
