Dr. Yan Jin graduated in 2008. Her dissertation entitled "The influences of power and resources on flexibilities in a supply chain context". She also holds a B.E. in Machine Design and Manufacturing from Tsinghua University, China, M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Manufacturing Management from the University of Toledo. She is a certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS. Currently, she is an assitant professor in Department of Management, Marketing, and MIS, School of Business and Economics at Elizabeth City State University. [Email].
